Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland and the United Kingdom - no minimum spend and no hidden conditions.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the date that your order leaves our warehouse (Monday to Saturday). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship exclusively within Ireland and the United Kingdom. As we grow, we plan to expand to other countries—our community will be the first to know.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please check your tracking link first. If more than 7 business days have passed without delivery, email us at info@homura-living.com and we will look into it immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

If your purchase wasn’t what you expected, you have 60 days from delivery to return it. Simply email us at info@homura-living.com and we will guide you through the process.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at info@homura-living.com and we will help you choose a suitable replacement.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please send a photo and a brief description to info@homura-living.com. We will arrange a replacement or a refund—whichever you prefer.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may still be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.
